FLIRTINI
4 chunks of fresh Pineapple
1 shot of pressed Pineapple juice
½ shot Triple Sec or Cointreau
½ shot of Vodka
Champagne
Crushed ice
Muddle the fresh Pineapple, Vodka and Triple Sec (or Cointreau) together in a shaker then add the crushed ice and Pineapple juice. Shake and fine strain into a Martini glass and top up with the Champagne.
COSMOPOLITAN
1 shot Citron Vodka
1 shot Cointreau or Triple Sec
½ shot Cranberry juice
½ shot fresh Lime juice
Crushed ice
Put all the ingredients into a shaker, add crushed ice and shake. Then strain and pour into a Martini glass. Decorate edge of glass with a slice of lime. Or cut a twist of orange zest, hold over the glass and light the peel with a lighter for approx 10 secs. Pinch zest and remove lighter, zest will flame then add zest to drink – volia.
